Tuesday, March 31 – Alio Summit – Oklahoma (Free)

Agenda:

8:30 a.m. – Meet and Network – Come early and join us for a continental breakfast, network with other Alio clients, and meet with the Weidenhammer team.
9:00 a.m. – Welcome and Introductions
9:30 a.m.Human Resource and Payroll New Features – Haven’t read the Release Notes or viewed the release review recordings? Don’t worry! We will take a look back at the Human Resources and Payroll highlights from the last couple of releases.
11:00 a.m. – W-4 Processing – Are you overwhelmed with the new W-4 requirements set by the IRS and Alio processing procedures? Let’s review the W-4 form and listings within Alio and the Employee Service Portal.
Noon – Lunch
1:00 p.m. – HRS State Reporting – Join us for a refresher on HRS State Reporting.
2:00 p.m. – FAS State Reporting – Join us for a refresher on FAS State Reporting.
3:00 p.m. – Finance New Features – Haven’t read the Release Notes or viewed the release review recordings? Don’t worry! We will take a look back at the highlights from the last couple of releases.
3:30 p.m. – Open Discussion

Wednesday, April 1 – Benefits of Human Resource and Payroll Collaboration ($500 / individual)
Note: We will discount this fee if more than five individuals sign up for the session.  The Summit Group Training fee of $2,500 will be divided among those that sign up (ie. $2,500 / 10 participants = $250 / individual).

Payroll and Human Resource departmental duties overlap. In Alio, the departments may even share the same programs. This session will explore the programs, utilities, inquiries and reports available in Alio to assist you with the task of tracking employee information. Some of the topics we will discuss include:

  • The flow of entering new employee information
  • Using employee categories and employee category groups
  • Using Alio functionality to make changes to employee records as efficiently as possible
  • Using the Alio Employee Change form
  • Using the new On/Off Boarding tool
  • Tracking benefits
  • Using Employee benefits, deduction, and taxes form
  • Tracking certification, education, experience, evaluations and events
  • Where can I store this…?

Remember to bring your laptop to take advantage of this “hands-on” experience.  Note: Please ensure you have full access to your Alio database. You may need to work with your Technology Department and test the remote connection prior to travel.
