Guests

This year, we are also offering the option to allow your guest(s) to eat breakfast and lunch with you during the conference.  The cost will be $150 per guest and will include both days of the conference, Oct. 9th & 10th.

Our Tuesday evening event, Oct. 9th from 6pm-9pm, will be at Mango’s Tropical Café.  It will be a fun-filled night of delicious food, drinks and entertainment. This place has award-winning cuisine, an amazing atmosphere, and is an experience for all ages. Each show features live performances including Samba, Cuban Conga and a Michael Jackson Tribute, among others. There will be many comfortable seating areas and dining tables(inside and outside on the balcony). Your guest(s) are invited to attend with you for $50 per guest.

You may select any of these options when registering for the conference on the conference registration link above.  You may pay with check or cash at the conference registration desk upon check-in.  A badge will be given to your guest(s) upon payment to give them access to the meals and/or evening event.

Disney World Ticket Discounts

If you plan on spending a few extra days to enjoy the super fun location we’ve selected for the conference this year, be sure to check out the Disney World Ticket Discounts for meeting & conference guests.  Disney offers exclusive Partial Day Tickets (currently after 1:00 PM or after 5:00 PM Twilight Tickets), as well as a 10% savings on all multi-day (2+ Day) tickets.  All Multi-day tickets include an additional complimentary “Bonus Visit” admission to a Disney Water Park or Mini Golf.  These tickets are ideal for pre & post conference visits.  Click here to go to Disney’s special advance purchase savings web page to select and buy your tickets.  The tickets you purchase from there, do not expire until Dec. 31st, 2019.  But remember these tickets must be purchased before Oct. 5th, 2018 to get in on the discount.

Area Attractions

If Disney is not your cup of tea, there are lots of other attractions to check out.  There is something for everyone, so come early or stay later and enjoy the attractions in the area.  Here are just a few fun things to do while in Orlando and their distance from the hotel:

  • Sea World – 14 miles
  • Discover Cove – 15 miles
  • Gatorland – 20 miles
  • Hot Air Balloon Rides – 10 minutes
  • Wild Florida Airboat Rides – 40 minutes away
  • Orlando City Sightseeing Tours – 45 minutes away
  • Kennedy Space Center – 1 hour away
Hotel Reservations

If you are planning to attend the conference, we recommend you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.  Our group rate for a standard room at the hotel is $189.00 + tax per night.  This rate is guaranteed through Thursday, September 6, 2018.  After this date the room rate may be higher and rooms will no longer be held for our conference.  To make a reservation online, please click here to book your room now or you can call 1-800-843-6664.  If calling to make a reservation, you must use our group name which is “2018 Annual Alio User Conference.”

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card, which must be supplied at the time of reservation.  Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount equal to one nights room and tax.  If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will consider this to be a No-Show and this charge will be posted to the individual’s credit card on file.  Credit cards will not be charged at the time of reservation, but will be charge one nights room and tax 72 hours prior to individual’s arrival date.  Also, if you check out prior to your reservation checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax.  To avoid this fee, please inform the hotel before checking-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Overnight Self-Parking at the hotel has been discounted from $20 to $10 + tax per night.  The resort service charge of $25 per night has been waived for our conference attendees, as long as you book your reservations using the link above.

Transportation To and From Airport

We have worked with SuperShuttle to offer discounted fares for transportation to and from the airport and hotel.  Our Group Code for the discount is ‘52FVA’.  The discounted shared ride fares will be:

  • One-way (either from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport)     $25.76
  • Round Trip (airport to the hotel and a return trip from the hotel to the airport)     $47.60
